Classes starting June 10th at 5:30 p.m. Come and try us, your first session is free! Only 5 spots remaining!
We will use the Signal app to communicate any schedule changes due to holidays, bad weather, or emergencies in our announcements channel. Only staff members are able to post in this channel. While we don't anticipate any of these events, we still wanted a way to distribute information on them effectively if they do occur. In case of one of these events, we will provide this information as early as we can to avoid as much inconvenience as possible.
We will also have a group chat channel where we will share information, ask questions and allow students to ask and receive answers to questions. Please keep communication in this channel respectful and on point.
You, or your legal guardian if under the age of 18, will be invited to these channels once you sign up.
Below are lists of equipment you can use to guide you when you are ready to purchase your own equipment. Please discuss purchasing equipment with us before you purchase gear as we will have a recommended gear list with vendors. We will recommend affordable, but durable gear that should last for a long time with proper care. Our recommendations are based on our experiences with equipment; we are not affiliates and do not receive any compensation for the recommendations. If you already have gear, please bring it with you so that we can inspect it and verify it meets our safety and other requirements before you begin sparring.
We will provide enough basic gear for students to use except for personal items like jockstraps, equipment bags or mouth pieces. We also recommend having a set of the basic equipment for yourself to practice with at home or when you attend seminars in other cities.
